Deciding Matters is a women-led Scottish micro-enterprise specialising in deliberative and participative democracy and citizen engagement. Its two directors work with associates and freelancers to design and facilitate processes that help organisations involve communities in decisions. The business has no permanent employees, works remotely and delivers engagement activity for public, community and other commissioning bodies.
